The Department of Radiation Oncology at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for an Assistant Professor position in the non-tenure clinician educator track. Expertise is required in the specific area of artificial intelligence applications, machine learning algorithms, automation or advanced imaging. Applicants must have a Ph.D. degree. ABR board eligibility in therapeutic radiological physics is required, and ABR board certification is preferred or expected within the first two years.

Teaching responsibilities may include the teaching and training of radiation oncology residents, medical physics residents, medical physics graduate students, etc.

Clinical responsibilities may include supporting a full range of clinical physics activities, such as linac-based radiation therapy, brachytherapy, proton therapy, etc. at the Perelman Center for Advanced Medicine.
